I am sharing from my personal experience, my toddler used to be hooked to an ipad all day. I started making him do household chores and locked away the tab. I used to tell him that if he does something good then as a reward he will get 30 minutes of playtime on the tab. Then I shlowly introduced him to sports like badminton. And my mum started playing with him in our society park. This sparked interest in him!
