My child gets upset and throws tantrums whenever it’s time to transition from one activity to another, like from playtime to bath time or bedtime.

As a parent, one of my biggest challenges was getting my daughter to transition from screen time to mealtime. The switch often led to resistance, frustration, and sometimes even tears. I realized that jumping straight into ‘Turn it off now!’ wasn’t working.
